The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 working days from the delivery date. provided items are unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging intact, and hygiene seals unbroken. To initiate a return or exchange, email support@Lustreve.store for instructions; items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
In case that the reason for the return should not be related to a malfunction/defect of the product but rather to an afterthought/error of the measure chosen, the return costs are at the buyer's expences; he/she can then choose the shipping method he/she prefers.
