What is Lustreve?

Lustreve is a trend-forward women’s fashion store built to make online shopping feel easier and more confident. We offer curated styles—dresses, tops, sets, bottoms, shoes, and more—plus a Virtual Try-On feature that helps you preview how a look may appear on you before purchasing. Our goal is to reduce guesswork so you can shop faster, feel confident, and love what arrives.

How and when do I get paid? How does the Virtual Try-On work?

Our Virtual Try-On lets you upload a photo and generate a visual preview of selected outfits on your image.

How it works:

Go to a product page that supports Virtual Try-On.

Click Virtual Try-On / Start Try-On.

Upload a clear photo and follow the on-screen steps.

View your result, then decide if you want to purchase.

For best results: use a front-facing photo in good lighting, wear fitted clothing, avoid heavy shadows, and keep your full body visible (if possible). Results are meant to help you visualize style and vibe—not replace professional tailoring or exact fit measurements.

Does Virtual Try-On guarantee perfect fit or sizing?

Virtual Try-On is designed to help you preview the look and style—how a piece may appear on you visually—so you can shop with more confidence. It does not guarantee exact fit because fabric stretch, body proportions, and sizing can vary by item.

We always recommend checking:

the size guide on the product page

product details (stretch, material, cut)

your own measurements (bust/waist/hips)

If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit unless the product notes say otherwise.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and where the item ships from. Many items ship from multiple fulfillment locations, so if you order more than one product, you may receive separate packages.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your package ships. If you need help locating your tracking information, contact us and we’ll assist.

What is your return policy?

We offer a return window as stated in our store policies, and items must meet return eligibility requirements (such as being unworn, unwashed, and in original condition). Some product types—like intimate items—may have different eligibility for hygiene reasons (if applicable).

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details. You can also use the Track Order page on our website if available.

If your tracking hasn’t updated yet, don’t worry—carriers sometimes take 24–72 hours to show the first scan. If it has been longer than that, message us and we’ll check it for you.
